Services
Standard Home Inspection
This common type of inspection is typical for finalizing closing after the buyer has accepted the contract. This is a thorough inspection of the attic, crawlspace, foundation, roof, interior, exterior, plumbing, electrical, and fireplace. We also visually inspect more items thoroughly.
Pre-Listing Inspection
This type of inspection is done before the property is listed. The seller is looking to see the condition of the home and possibly address any issues. This has become popular among sellers, as the growing need to have a top shape home for quick sale and reduce negotiations.
‘Under Construction’ Inspection
This inspection gives the client peace of mind that the “structure” prior to wall/floor coverings have been constructed in a professional manner. New homes are not always constructed perfectly. It may be beneficial to schedule this inspection for long term peace of mind.
Warranty Inspection
Builders often give the seller a 12 month warranty to fix any issues found in or around the home. This type of inspection should be done one to two months before the warranty expires to ensure that any problems found, will be the builder’s responsibility to cover those costs.
Annual Maintenance Inspection
This inspection allows the home owner to ensure the longevity of their dream home by inspecting potential problems with the home. We will address safety concerns that you may not be aware of. The items in need of repair or maintenance and safety concerns will be addressed in the report.
Irrigation System Inspection
This inspection tests the functionality of the outdoor sprinkler system. We determine adequate coverage and functionality of the controller. We also check for apparent leaks that could potentially cause damage to the home or nearby structures.
Pool and Spa Inspections
The purpose of this inspection is to provide the client with objective information about the condition of the pool or spa components. This often gives the home owner a peace of mind.
HOA Site Inspections
Often the client is unaware of the Scope of Work the Hired Contractor is expected to adhere to. Many times Landscape contractors will skip out on expensive services. In addition we are qualified to address misleading information given to the client that could potentially cause the client additional costs.
